You agree to abide but the Metts Strategy Code of Conduct. By agreeing to these terms you understand that violating the code of conduct could lead to your removal from any Metts Strategy Service.

Refunds and transfers

When purchasing a Service from Metts Strategy you agree that purchases are non-refundable. If you are unable to use the Service you have purchased, you may transfer it to another individual. Please contact Metts Strategy to arrange the transfer. It is not Metts Strategy's responsibility to arrange a transfer between two parties.

Limit of liability In the unlikely event that Metts Strategy is not able to delivery a Service due to illness, injury, technology failure, or other circumstances, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the Service.
